Peter Kendall  GAICD
 Managing Director
Peter Kendall - Managing Director Peter has served as Managing Director of CMC for 5 years, in which time the company has more than quadrupled in size. His extensive experience throughout Australia and Asia has provided him with an exposure to a range of different cultures, extreme working conditions, large scale human resource and commercial management. With a personal philosophy of "nothing is impossible" he has been responsible for implementing the strategy that has driven CMC's organic growth since 2004.

David Ahern  BEng(Civil)
Pre-Contracts Manager/Director
David Ahern - Pre-Contracts Manager/Director A civil engineer with over 15 years of experience, David is the Pre-contracts Manager and a Director for CMC. During his career David has been involved in a number of major projects including the Brisbane Inner City Bypass, Port of Brisbane Motorway Alliance and Port of Brisbane Sea Wall Alliance. He is well versed in all facets of Quality Assurance, Partnership Alliances, Joint Ventures, WH&S and modern estimating and management systems. David's extensive exposure to large scale Alliances & Joint Ventures gives CMC the capacity to undertake a range of diverse and challenging projects.

Charlie Dill  BEng(Civil)
Construction Manager
Charlie Dill - Construction Manager As Construction Manager, Charlie is accountable for the successful delivery of all projects undertaken by CMC. With a degree in Civil Engineering and construction industry experience both in civil infrastructure and commercial building, he offers a broad range of knowledge and support to all sections of CMC. Charlie’s goal is for every project to be successful with respect to safety, environment, quality, client satisfaction and project profitability. This is well supported by his significant experience in alliance and traditional contract delivery methods, which provide him with a thorough understanding of objectives and challenges experienced by the various disciplines involved in project delivery.

Chris Draper  ACA
Financial Controller
Chris Draper - Financial Controller Chris heads the Finance department and is responsible for all aspects of finance and accounting within CMC. Qualified as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG, Chris has extensive commercial experience having held senior positions in the UK with PWS Holdings Plc and GE Capital Equipment Finance Ltd. His team is dedicated to providing first class support at both project and corporate levels.

John Peter  HR Dip IRDP MBA
HR Manager
John Peter - HR Manager John has 18 years local and international human resources experience in HR establishment, strategic/operational HR, management of culture, IR/ER, change management, performance management, recruitment and selection, effective learning and development and HR value add. He is a business oriented professional with a practical 'can do' attitude gained in construction, mining, service and manufacturing industries.

Martin Binnie
Systems Manager
Martin Binnie - Systems Manager As Systems Manager, Martin is responsible for ensuring CMC's integrated management system (IMS) meets all legislative and best practice requirements, and is consistent with the AS/NZS ISO 9001-2000, AS/NZS ISO 14001, AS 4801 and AS/NZS 4804 suite of standards. He is able to draw on 12 years construction industry experience in the management of quality, safety and environmental systems. Martin also manages information technology and communications systems for the business and all projects.
