Contracting Forms
CMC retains a considerable collective depth of experience within the company and delivers projects in a variety of contracting forms including Joint Ventures (JV), Early Contractor Involvement (ECI), alliances and partnerships as well as through more conventional hard-dollar methods such as project management, Design & Construct (D&C), Road Construction Contracts (RCC), lump sum, schedule of rates and hourly hire arrangements.
CMC was selected from a field of over 7 mid-tier civil contractors that operate in Queensland as a full alliance member of the $120 million Southern Queensland Accelerated Road Rehabilitation Project (SQARRP) Alliance. The Alliance was established to replace 31 timber bridges with new concrete bridges and approach works, in southern Queensland from Stanthorpe to North of Bundaberg.
The Company also participated as a sub-alliance partner with the Eastern Pipeline Alliance for the design and construction of the Oxley Recycled Water Pump Station. Our extensive experience with technical concrete, multidisciplinary works and organisational culture were the key to the selection of CMC as a partner for the project.
The benefit of experience gained has given CMC the ability to assemble a highly experienced team of personnel capable of establishing common goals to achieve breakthroughs in world's best practise and outstanding outcomes in all areas of design, construction and operation.
